U.S. Congressman Doug LaMalfa (R-Richvale) has announced his endorsement of Dan Logue for Congress in California's Third Congressional District. Congressman LaMalfa, who serves on the House Agriculture Committee, recognizes that Dan Logue will be a strong voice for California's farmers and protecting water resources.
"Dan Logue has worked hard over the years to bring back jobs to Northern California. His voice would be a welcome addition in our congressional majority to fight over-regulation and return healthcare choices to citizens," said Congressman Doug LaMalfa.
"I am honored to receive Congressman LaMalfa's endorsement," said Logue. "As a north state farmer he understands the plight of farms and businesses throughout California. I am looking forward to working with him to strengthen our nation."
The endorsement of Logue by Congressman LaMalfa comes with a series of victories for Logue in local debates, and marks his steady climb in the polls. Logue and Garamendi are now in a statistical dead heat.
Assemblyman Dan Logue is running against incumbent Rep. John Garamendi, D-Walnut Grove, in the November 4th election to represent the Third Congressional District which includes Colusa, Glenn, Yuba, Sutter, Yolo and Solano Counties, as well as portions of Sacramento County.
